Ultimate Cone Crossbar

Now your over/under bar can fit over the tops of narrow plastic cones and the wider diameters of vinyl cones. A unique, adjustable end-loop expands and contracts in a "snap." Plus Ultimate Crossbars are designed with a 2" square flat surface area, allowing them to rest on top of either cone when you prefer the crossbars to fall off with just a grazing of the foot or leg. Sold in sets of six colors. Note: Cones not included.
